Was not very clean. Dust all over the bedside lamp. No shampoo in the shampoo bottle. Stains on sheets

When I arrived the receptionist told me that my reservation was canceled and then charged me over 200 for the room. I was charged for incidentals but never received them back even though I was in the room for only 4 hours.

Nothing I wasn’t even allowed to stay because even though I had a confirmation and drove three hours I was told they had no rooms when I got there leaving me to sleep in my car
